TE HĀ WAITAHA
Smoking Cessation Support
Te Hā - Waitaha has a hub in Christchurch with Stop Smoking Practitioners based in Māori, Pasifika and rural community organisations across Canterbury. We run group clinics in various locations and also provide individual support.
Our coaches work with you and your whānau to find ways that can make quitting easier. Specific support is available to you if you are Māori, Pacific, pregnant or living with a pregnant woman.
Meet with our coaches for personalised support. We offer one-on-one or group sessions to help you set goals, create strategies, and reach milestones in your journey to quit smoking. You'll work out timeframes that suit you, and if needed, we provide free nicotine replacement therapy for extra support in becoming smoke-free.
You can book in with one of our Stop Smoking Practitioners through the Te Hā Waitaha site or popping into He Waka Tapu to make a self-referral.
